Please read these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at mygolfwholesale.com.
We have a detailed return policy for our customers. If you find any problem about the our products, you should contact us first. We are sure our service stuff will help you solve the problem. Most of problems can be solved by giving technical support and you donot have the need to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects in the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our 12 months warranty.
Return and partial refund
Mygolfwholesale cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
1,The product does not look like the ones in your picture
2, The product is not what I imagine it to be.
3, I am not satisfied with this product.
within 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you have to pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
Return and full refund
Within 7 days (from the date you receive your items), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you have to pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included). (Note: Our quality-control professional stuff will give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced, and will not be returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)
